Step 1: Get to Know You

To build a strategy that reflects you, we need to know what makes you tick as an individual and an investor. Before we analyze your portfolio or review your financial picture, Rodney Kerber will sit down with you and have an open, informal conversation about where you are today and where you want to go. What family priorities matter to you? What keeps you up at night? What goals do you dream of achieving? The better we understand what you care about most, the better we can serve your complete needs.

Step 2: Collaborate to Customize Your Strategy

Our founders work collaboratively to find the investments and opportunities that fit your needs and values. After Rodney builds this deep understanding of who you are, he brings his perspectives back to Conrad and Terry. Together, they analyze your current circumstances, income needs, risk tolerance, and long-term goals to build your wealth management strategy. By bringing all our perspectives together, we believe we can better uncover and deepen your opportunities.

Step 3: Meet with Conrad and/or Terry

In your next meeting, Conrad and/or Terry will present their investment recommendations. They will walk you through the strategy with clear, straightforward guidance and make sure you understand how they reached each conclusion. Our team believes informed investors are better able to make sound choices, so we take an educational approach from day one. In this meeting, you will be able to ask any questions you may have and discuss any changes you’d like to consider.

Step 4: Implement Recommendations

Once you feel confident in our recommendations, we will begin implementing your strategy. We care greatly about streamlining this experience for clients, so your participation in account transfers will be simple and quick. As our founders manage your strategy, Nathan Stancek, a dedicated securities-registered member of our staff will be there by your side to walk you through any paperwork or tasks.

Step 5: Provide Ongoing Support

Implementing your strategy is only the beginning of our relationship. Not only will we monitor your investments and other services, we will regularly be in touch with you to keep you informed and stay ahead of any changes in your life or goals.

Through every step in our relationship, you can expect:

  • Weekly emails updating you on market performance
  • Quarterly calls to check in and review any changes to your needs
  • Annual in-person meetings to discuss your progress toward your goals
  • Regular events to deepen our relationship through both fun and educational activities
